For posterity, here are a few gems from my treasure trove of original writings, programs and other works that until now have been hidden away:
My Philosophy, that is, my way of looking at the world and my place in it;
IDEAL, my high-level design for a robot control system which, I claim, is capable of reproducing the key features of human intelligence;
Turbulent Rankine Vortices, theoretical fluid mechanics research in which I show that the universal scaling laws of isotropic turbulence may be derived by means of the laminar flow Rankine vortex model;
Various other one-off items of technical (i.e. scientific and/or computational) research;
My ongoing genealogical research into the Kingdon family and related surnames (including Pawlyn, Griffin, Langford, Martyn, Fletcher, Bannatyne, Millar and Napier);
Various book reviews;
A couple of works of fiction;
Various poems;
A couple of card games;
Letters to Blighty, a selection of my communiqués back home describing my experiences in India;
Blog from Blighty, a selection of my communiqués to my family in India expressing my views on various UK current affairs stories.
